The Comité Interprofessionnel du Vin de Champagne (CIVC) is a semi-public body set up under the aegis of the French Government to co-ordinate the common interests of wine growers and producers in Champagne. Among its key duties are the promotion and protection of the Champagne appellation around the world.

The Champagne Information Bureau (CIB) represents the CIVC in the UK. Françoise Peretti is the Director of the Champagne Bureau and acts as spokesperson for the CIVC in the UK.
